Cancellations

Because each watch is made especially for you, we begin sourcing and preparing your build right after your order is confirmed.

• Within 24 hours of ordering: cancel with a 10% processing fee.
• After 24 hours and before dispatch: cancel with a 50% fee, covering materials and craftsmanship already committed.
• Once your watch has shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

As every Vantasy watch is custom built to order, we're unable to accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To protect both you and us, a continuous unboxing video is required for every claim of damage, defect, or missing items. Please record from the moment you receive the sealed parcel, showing the shipping label, the package being opened, and the watch being removed. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible.

Damaged or Faulty Watches

If your watch arrives damaged or isn't working as it should, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and unboxing video. We'll repair or replace it. If we can't resolve it to your satisfaction, we'll offer a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
