Warranty & care
1-Year Warranty
Every Vantasy watch is covered for 12 months from the date of delivery against manufacturing and assembly defects, including movement faults and crown or stem malfunctions. We'll repair or replace your watch where eligible, and cover return shipping for approved claims.
Not Covered
- Drops, knocks, impacts, or accidental damage
- Water damage from use beyond the water resistance listed on the product page
- Water damage from a crown left open or not fully secured
- Scratches and normal wear, including strap or bracelet wear
- Repairs or modifications by third parties
- Battery replacement (where applicable)
How to Claim
Email us at hello.vantasy@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video. If a claim is found to be ineligible, we reserve the right to charge for repairs or return the watch to you at your cost.
Caring for Your Watch
- Keep away from strong magnets, extreme heat, and harsh chemicals such as perfume.
- Respect the water resistance on your product page.
- Always make sure the crown is fully pushed in or screwed down before contact with water, and never operate it when wet. An open crown lets water into the watch.
- Automatic watches: wear regularly to keep them wound, and avoid changing the date between 9 PM and 3 AM.
- Have your watch serviced by a qualified watchmaker every 3-5 years.
