Every watch is built after you order. Building and inspection take 13–20 days, then free tracked shipping takes 5–10 days depending on your destination, so most orders arrive in about 3 weeks. Import duties or local taxes, where they apply, aren't included.
As each watch is made to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If it arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and unboxing video, and we'll repair or replace it.
Warranty
12 months from delivery against manufacturing and assembly defects, including movement faults and crown or stem issues. We'll repair or replace your watch where eligible.
